Tuition and Fees Refund Policy
Families are required to pay all tuition and fees for any registered camp, clubs or courses unless enrollment is officially cancelled prior to the start of classes. Camps, clubs and courses are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are TRANSFERABLE.
No tuition or fees can be refunded for student cancellations. We do understand plans change. All camp, clubs and courses are transferable but not refundable. TO CHANGE REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER SESSION PLEASE CONTACT ADMIN@NWFILMCAMP.COM
Tuition and Fees Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason, you will be issued a transferable credit equal to the full purchase price. This credit can be applied to any NW Film Camp session through 2026. Students dismissed due to behavioral issues will not receive a refund; however, they may be eligible for a credit, subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that tuition payments are non-refundable.
Leadership and Team Building: Youth are expected to collaborate and work together in teams to produce their films. NW Film Camp instructors will challenge aspiring filmmakers to take on leadership positions throughout the collaborative filmmaking process.

Welcome to NW Film Camp. These Terms of Service govern your use of the NW Film Camp website, programs, workshops, camps, clubs, courses, and related services.
By using our website or registering for an NW Film Camp program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Program Registration and Tuition
Registration for NW Film Camp programs is subject to availability and any specific program terms provided at the time of registration.
Prices, program dates, locations, schedules, and program details may change. By completing a registration, the parent or guardian agrees to the applicable tuition and fees.
Tuition and Fees Refund and Transfer Policy
Tuition and fees for registered camps, clubs, and courses are non-refundable.
Families are responsible for all tuition and fees associated with a registration once enrollment has been completed. Student cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
We understand that plans can change. If a student is unable to attend a registered camp, club, or course, the enrollment may be transferred to another eligible NW Film Camp session rather than refunded.

Transferable Credit
If you need to cancel a student's enrollment for any reason, NW Film Camp will issue a transferable credit equal to the full purchase price, subject to program availability and the terms below.
Credits may be applied toward eligible NW Film Camp sessions through December 31, 2028.
Credits:
Are not redeemable for cash.
Are not considered refunds.
May be transferred to another eligible NW Film Camp session.
Are subject to availability.
Must be requested through NW Film Camp administration.
Student Dismissal
Students may be dismissed from a program due to serious or repeated behavioral issues, failure to follow NW Film Camp policies, or conduct that negatively impacts the safety or experience of other students or staff.
Tuition payments are non-refundable following dismissal. However, NW Film Camp may, at its discretion, determine that a student is eligible for a transferable credit on a case-by-case basis.
4. Leadership and Team Building
Filmmaking is a collaborative process. NW Film Camp students are expected to participate respectfully, communicate with their teammates, and work together to produce their films.
Throughout the collaborative filmmaking process, NW Film Camp instructors will encourage and challenge students to take on leadership positions and develop skills in communication, teamwork, creative decision-making, responsibility, and problem-solving.
Students may be assigned or encouraged to take on different filmmaking roles and leadership responsibilities as part of their educational experience.
5. Text Message Communications
If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and separately opt in to receive text messages from NW Film Camp, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to NW Film Camp, which may include:
Camp and workshop registration information
Enrollment reminders
Program updates
Schedule or logistical information
Special offers and promotions
Other NW Film Camp news and information
Message frequency varies.

You are not required to consent to marketing text messages in order to purchase a product or register for an NW Film Camp program.
